Intellectual Property All materials, reports, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Carnoventuris. Clients may use information for personal investment decisions only.
Termination Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
Governing Law These terms are governed by South African law and subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts. Dispute resolution will follow South African legal procedures.
